6/2015 - NGKF sells 925 Euclid Avenue in Downtown Cleveland for $22 Million.



Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 925 Euclid Avenue in Downtown Cleveland. 925 Euclid, also known as the former Huntington Building, is a mostly vacant 22 floor, 1.4 million square foot office building built in 1924. The new owner plans to convert this building to 550 apartments, 400,000 square feet of office space, 300 hotel rooms, and 200,000 square feet of retail space.

3/2015 - 8036 Bavaria Road sells for Nearly $60/sf
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 8036 Bavaria Road in Twinsburg. This nearly 40,000 square foot distribution building was sold to an investor out of Pennsylvania for $2,350,00. The building is leased by Fuchs Lubricants, a chemical manufacturer and distributor. 3/2015 - The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen Buy 7061 East Pleasant Valley Road in Independence
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 7061 East Pleasant Valley Road in Independence. This approximately 40,000 square foot office building was sold to the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, to be used as their new headquarters. They sold their current headquarters, located downtown, in 2014. Terry Coyne and Mike Plaspohl represented the Buyer.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 1755 Enterprise Parkway in Twinsburg. This approximately 250,000 square foot distribution building was sold to an industrial REIT for nearly $60/sf. Terry Coyne and Mike Plaspohl represented the Seller.


8/2014 - ACO Polymer Products Purchases 67,200 Square Foot Industiral Building
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 9470 Pinecone Drive in Mentor. This 67,200 square foot industrial facility sold ACO Polymer Products, Inc., a worldwide leader in trench drainage solutions that provides products and services to several water management industries. 8/2014 - Weston, Inc. Buys 305,305 Square Foot Industrial Facility in Bedford Heights
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 23371 Aurora Road in Bedford Heights. This 305,305 square foot industrial facility sold to Weston, Inc., a national investor. The building is currently 60% leased, and was renovated by previous owner to be 100% ESFR sprinklered. Terry Coyne represented the Seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 3021 and 3026 Saratoga Avenue in Canton Ohio. This two building, 180,000 square foot industrial portfolio is was at approximately 50% occupancy at the time of sale. Terry Coyne represented the seller.


6/2014 - Venture Lighting signs lease at 7905 Cochran Road in Glenwillow
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to welcome Venture Lighting to 7905 Cochran Road in Glenwillow. They will be occupying nearly 60,000 square feet of the 144,000 square foot modern distribution facility. There is now only 20,000 square feet remaining. 6/2014 - Thackeray Partners sell 12200 Alameda Drive in Strongsville
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of12200 Alameda Drive in Strongsville: an 86,132 square foot warehouse facility. The building is under a long term lease with Speigelberg Manufacturing, and sold for $3,767,000 ($43.73/sf). Terry Coyne and Mike Plaspohl represented the Seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is pleased to announce the sale of 6511 Brecksville Road in Independence: an 62,000 square foot retail center.
